Research partners sometimes reject a completed survey. When that happens we say which survey and why, instead of silently adjusting your total.

Support replies within one business day, from a person who can actually look at your account and fix it.
A low bar to get paid
$2, not $25. The high minimums elsewhere exist because a balance you never reach is a balance nobody has to pay out.
How we make money, in plain words.
Companies pay market-research exchanges to ask people questions. The exchange pays us for each completed, validated response. We pass the majority of that to you and keep the rest to run the service.
That is the whole model. We do not sell your personal information, and we are not paid more when you earn less.

Why do I get screened out of surveys?
Research studies need specific groups — a certain age range, people who bought a product recently, and so on. The first few questions check whether you fit. If you do not, the study ends. It is the most annoying part of every survey app, ours included; we work with several exchanges so there is more inventory to match against, which makes it happen less often.
How much can I realistically earn?
A few dollars a month for casual use, more if you answer regularly and match a lot of studies. Anyone in this category promising a full-time income is not being straight with you.
Why was a completed survey reversed?
Exchanges audit responses and reject ones that fail their quality checks — usually answering far too quickly, or contradicting earlier answers. When a reversal reaches us we show it in your ledger with the survey it came from. If you think it is wrong, email us and we will take it up with the partner.
Why do you need my phone number?
To verify you are one real person. It is the main thing standing between an app that pays cash and the people who would farm it with hundreds of fake accounts. We do not sell it and we do not send marketing texts.
Is the app available yet?
Not publicly. We are testing with a small group first, because the worst possible version of this app is one that takes people’s time and then cannot pay them. Email us if you want in early.
